About Craft
PanDe’s Thangka are divided into boutique, standard, student and line drawing of four categories.
Boutique: Masters’ crafts which can be made according to customer needs or self-created.
Standard: Painters’ crafts which according to the artist's painting skills are divided into first grade, second grade and third grade.
Student: Non-graduate student internships, some of the works are not 100% mineral pigments.
Line drawing: Original crafts of masters and painters.
Genuine guarantee: PanDe Thangka solemnly promises that all the standard crafts are hand-drawn with pure mineral plant pigment. We offer reasonable price to guarantee quality.
Standard and boutique Thangka are equipped with a paper version of the collection certificate and a electronic version of the collection certificate. For the electronic version, there are signature records of every producer of every step, as well as multimedia data such as drawing process sidelights.
All crafts of PanDe Thangka are original handmade. Even if the same custom-made crafts, please understand that we can not guarantee exactly the same.
About Delivery
Under normal circumstances, for in-stock Thangka, it can be shipped within 48 hours after payment. For Custom-made Tangka, considered drawing cycle, please consult customer service to discuss specific delivery time. Normally ETA is 3~5 days, but please take the local express version for exact ETA. We have normal delivery for a week (including Saturday and Sunday), but no delivery during the holidays(will be postponed after the holiday). If your order is out of stock, customer service will promptly contact you to confirm the delivery time.
About Color
All the Thangka photos on the website are taken directly at the scene with post color adjustment; they are consistent with the actual works. However, due to the color difference between the light and display, as well as the different personal understanding, it may cause physical and photos a slight color difference. Please note that such problems do not belong to the quality issue, we take the actual color as version. Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
About Quality
Thangka on the website are all hand-painted crafts, the selling price just limits to the craft itself and does not contain any mounting costs. Handmade works are different from printed works, which is hard to avoid blemishes of lines and color blooming, therefore it can not be 100% perfect. The good point is there’s no affect towards beautiful appearance. Please consider these factors before purchase.
About Storage and Mounting
Thangka can be hoisted or rolled up to be stored at dry, ventilated environment, as well as no high temperature, no humid air, no liquids and no squeezing crease. We recommend using desiccant to store up crafts. We can provide various box-types and Tibetan-style mounting. You can choose your favorite mounting styles with above notes. If you have any other questions, please contact customer service.
About Returns
Return conditions: 1.Do not belong to hand-made (from the drawing draft to the completion of the work). 2. Do not belong to mineral plant pigments. 3. Unreasonable price.
Once you meet the conditions 1&2 and provide relevant documents, PanDe Thangka will confirm and refund your money immediately. Thangka market has many weeding situations and considering customers’ psychology, if standard works meet condition 3 and purchasing time is more than a year, you can apply to return Thangka. (The reason of limited time is to let Thangka customers to compare Thangka quality, hand-made, pigments in Thangka area; you can also consult the experts and collectors to take into comparison.)

About Repair
For inheritance skills of Mian Tang Qinmo School, most of the raw materials dyeing color through the pure mineral with adding details to painting. If there’s a small flaw, then need redrawing for a large area. More than that, the hand-modulated pigment can not be guaranteed exactly the same every time, so the repair may have color difference. Collectors, who cause artificial damage in improper keeping way within a year, will be charged repair fees according to certain amount.
